All orders ship directly from our facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta (Canada). We make every effort to reduce our waste and footprint by using biodegradable, recyclable, and/or reusable materials – from our packaging and labels to our shipping boxes and packing contents.

- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
- Shipping Locations: Currently shipping within Canada and the United States(on pause).
- Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our oils and products are crafted with carefully selected ingredients and fragrance blends listed on each product page.
If a scent isn’t the right fit for you, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the shipping box (inside and outside)
- Photos of the product and packaging
This helps us resolve your claim quickly and efficiently.

- Orders cannot be modified once placed
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please be sure to have your return authorized prior to sending it back to our facility for inspection.
- Please contact info@curlyrad.com within 30 days to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for any returns, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
- Kindly note that e-gift cards are for final purchase and cannot be returned.
