All orders ship directly from our facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta (Canada). We make every effort to reduce our waste and footprint by using biodegradable, recyclable, and/or reusable materials – from our packaging and labels to our shipping boxes and packing contents.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Shipping Locations: Currently shipping within Canada and the United States(on pause).
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Scent & Sensitivity

Our oils and products  are crafted with carefully selected ingredients and fragrance blends listed on each product page.

If a scent isn’t the right fit for you, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the shipping box (inside and outside)
  • Photos of the product and packaging

This helps us resolve your claim quickly and efficiently.

Please Note

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please be sure to have your return authorized prior to sending it back to our facility for inspection.

  • Please contact info@curlyrad.com within 30 days to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for any returns, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
  • Kindly note that e-gift cards are for final purchase and cannot be returned.
